la Concordia provides a bespoke travel planning service. It was set up by me, Lesley-Ann Birley, as I felt that there was a need for a truly personalised approach to planning and arranging travel. One which is about the client and their travel needs and not about profitability.
I work closely with each of my clients on a one-to-one basis. I get to know them and their holiday style. This understanding, together with my extensive knowledge and experience, enables me to craft unique and unforgettable travel journeys, completely tailor-made to each client.
There is nothing standardised in what I do. I am not constrained by what’s in a brochure - my brochure is a blank page - ensuring my client’s options are not restricted in any way. My clients can be confident that regardless of the length or style of their trip, be it a weekend away or a longer adventure of a lifetime, it will be arranged as though it was my own - with thought, love and an eye for detail.
My clients always come first so I work at times convenient to them and, of course, I am on hand during their trip should they need me. This all means that my clients have a stress free, seamless travel experience from the planning stage right through to when they return with their wonderful travel memories.
