La Concordia is an exclusive, bespoke travel planning service. It was set up by me, Lesley-Ann Birley, as I felt that there was a need for a truly personalised approach to planning and arranging travel. One which is about you, first and foremost, and creating your dream holidays.
I work closely with each of my clients on a one-to-one basis. I get to know you and your holiday style. This understanding, together with my extensive knowledge and experience, enables me to design unique and unforgettable travel journeys, completely tailor-made to you.
There is nothing standardised in what I do. I am completely independent and, not being beholden to specific hotels or airlines, means each travel journey begins as a blank page and each client’s experience is unique and unrestricted.
My clients can be confident that regardless of the length or style of their trip, be it a weekend away or a longer adventure of a lifetime, it will be arranged with thought, love and an eye for detail.
You will always come first. I work at times convenient to you and, of course, I am on hand during your trip should you need me. The result is a stress free, seamless travel experience, from the planning stage right through to your return with your wonderful travel memories.
