An amazing and varied tour

Lesley Ann has a fantastic knowledge of India, which she utilised to create an amazing and varied tour. Our hotels ranged from 5 star luxury former palaces to safari camps (don’t worry also luxurious) and boutique hotels, which were former private homes of India's aristocracy.

All our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and totally reliable. We enjoyed 24 days of roaming through India’s fantastic history without a hitch and both of us think it could easily be our best trip of all time. We can honestly say that we recommend Lesley Ann and La Concordia without hesitation. We will certainly be booking our next trip with her. – Stu and Sue

Canadian family adventure

Lesley-Ann has been organising our family’s summer holidays for the last few years. These usually involve some form of road trip and there’s been an eclectic mix from Yellowstone to Orlando and then this year, western Canada. Lesley-Ann provides a very efficient and personalised service, booking the full trip from start to finish including the wide variety of additional activities we do. This year’s Canada holiday was a varied trip of planes, boats and automobiles. An amazing journey of spectacular scenery and wildlife sightings (whales, bears, seals) in a variety of locations including the magnificent beaches and surf town of Tofino on Vancouver Island to the breath-taking mountains, rivers, lakes and waterfalls of the Rockies, concluding with the bobsleigh run at the Olympic Park in Calgary (The Cool Runnings track). Lesley-Ann has an extensive knowledge of most locations including the best hotels in these areas backed up by detailed research where necessary. She always has excellent suggestions for other activities you could do or places to visit along the way, but will always leave the final decision with you. I’m already looking forward to next year’s road trip wherever that may be and my discussions with Lesley-Ann about what we should do! – Ed and family

Costa Rican Adventure

What an incredible adventure! A huge thank you to Lesley-Ann for piecing together such a seamless, sumptuous, and thrilling 12 days in Costa Rica for our entire family. We had the perfect balance of adrenaline filled days and unworldly wildlife encounters alongside times for reflection, relaxation, and rest. With four children ranging from 19 to 6 years of age, we are a real challenge for any personal travel planner, but Lesley-Ann, using her own personal experiences and deep contemporary knowledge of all things Cost Rican, devised the perfect trip that catered for everyone’s dreams and desires – from white water rafting, zip-lining and horse riding to chocolate making, whale and dolphin watching and turtle hatching, the whole family were wowed by the phenomenal range of activities Lesley-Ann conjured up. We couldn’t recommend a Lesley-Ann inspired and orchestrated holiday highly enough. All the stress taken away, all the fun put in! – Edward and family

21st Birthday Holiday to India

It’s almost hard to put into words just what an incredible holiday Lesley-Ann arranged for us to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. Every single detail was considered, the hotels that were recommended were perfect - each had its own wonderful style and the quality of service was second to none. The brief that we provided was vague - simply we wanted to visit India, see the Tigers and find time to relax before returning home.....but it had to be the trip of a lifetime, creating special memories to last! Lesley-Ann has such extensive knowledge and it was clear that she cared deeply that our holiday lived up to expectations. What blew us away was the thoughtful personal touches and surprises along the way and we knew that the entire team who were involved in looking after us had been well briefed to ensure that we had the best possible time.

Sensational South East Asia Trip

We wanted an amazing holiday to celebrate Kevin’s 50th Birthday, but we wanted an adventure at the same time. We had already thought that our selection of Vietnam as a destination was adventurous……..but then, in came Lesley-Ann!! She widened the holiday to add on cultural Cambodia and contemporary Singapore. My goodness what a sensational time we had! Lesley-Ann’s connections abroad and meticulous planning ensured a seamless holiday experience. Her knowledge of our destinations was vast and her passion for travel was contagious. We went on activities that we would have never considered trying had it not been for her enthusiasm, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We even went on an amazing Vespa tour in Saigon! Lesley-Ann found us huge savings on our business class flights and gave us various choices of hotel to suit our budget. We considered the holiday first class and excellent value for money. If you have a special holiday to plan and you want it to be superb, then we can’t recommend Lesley-Ann highly enough. It was a ‘5 star’ ‘AA’ experience. Breath Taking Experiences and Memories

Our first experience of using la Concordia and what a great experience it was. Our initial instructions to Lesley-Ann were somewhat vague i.e. we wanted to visit Vietnam and Cambodia. Lesley-Ann quickly teased out what was important to us. The result was an action packed experience of top hotels, some great local private trips and a host of memorable and fun experiences. We were the envy of many other holiday makers we met on our travels as we had a “Silver service” breakfast served on a tuk tuk at the temples in Cambodia, after a very early start. An evening Vespa trip around Saigon (we are so glad Lesley-Ann persuaded us to do it). Witnessed local ladies rowing 4 bicycles and two of our friends (who joined us for part of the trip) across a river on a sampan to enable us to complete our self-guided bicycle tour. Had elderly ladies in the markets in the North Vietnamese countryside rushing out to pat Bill's stomach for good luck as he cycled past, as they believed he was a happy Buddha! We would strongly recommend Lesley-Ann and we have just started to plan our next trip with her. – Bill and Carol

Every trip a unique experience

Lesley-Ann has organised a few trips for us over the past year and everyone has been a unique experience. She has a great knowledge of any area we have been to and on our last trip to Canada I had the misfortune to suffer an injury that meant we had to quickly change our itinerary. I was unable to get in touch with her as I was the injured party, but my husband sent her an email and within an hour or so she had made all the necessary contacts to make the changes we needed efficiently and with the minimum of fuss. I’ll be getting in touch again shortly to begin making plans for next year’s adventures! – Kathleen

Our trip to California really has been the most fantastic holiday. We all absolutely loved every place we have been to - each one so different from the last. Everything ran like clockwork, all the bookings and payments were spot on.... and the folder was immaculately put together! Sampling South America

We toured around Chile, Argentina and Brazil for six weeks and had the most fantastic time. I did think about organising it myself, but I am so pleased that I didn’t as it was complex and a bit daunting. You cut through all of that and allowed us to enjoy the planning process as well as the holiday. The most important thing to me was when we had an issue with one of the hotels you sorted it out for us, to me that is the ultimate in service, anyone can operate when things are going well, but only the best react in a positive way to issues which are almost inevitable on the trip we undertook. First family safari and Mauritius
